Compensation & Benefits
- Make up to $50 an hour!
- Pay Transparency: $19 per half‑hour session (half‑hour & hour sessions available); $16.50 per hour for non‑session work; significant bonuses can increase hourly rates up to $50.

The Role
As a Personal Trainer (PT) you will provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and exercise programs to each member. Our commitment to a trainer’s success is part of a larger effort to maximize members’ health, fitness, and wellness goals. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a client base through conducting PT intro and paid sessions.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve results through goal setting and frequent follow‑up.
- Pursue additional training knowledge through continuing education programs (e.g., NASM Club Connect).
- Contribute to the member experience with enthusiasm and respect.
- Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to members.
- Maintain knowledge of all company‑offered services, programs and products.
- Actively participate in required meetings.
Requirements
- Current nationally recognized personal training certification or a bachelor’s degree in the field.
- CPR and AED certification required.
- Desire to transform lives through educating members on health and wellness topics.
- Understanding of physical fitness principles and proper exercise technique.
- Excellent customer‑service skills.
- Willingness to learn sales skills.
- Ability to self‑promote and network.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adjust and operate fitness equipment.
- Full‑time availability preferred.
