PureGym US is seeking a Personal Trainer to provide personalized instruction and fitness programs to members. You will build a client base, deliver customized plans, motivate clients, and pursue ongoing professional development through NASM Club Connect.

This role emphasizes helping members maximize health and wellness while enjoying a supportive environment, career advancement, and complimentary gym membership.

Qualifications

• Must have a nationally recognized Personal Training Certification or a bachelor’s degree in the field.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Desire to help members transform health and wellness.
• Strong knowledge of physical fitness and proper exercise technique.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to develop sales skills.
• Ability to self-promote and network.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to set up and adjust fitness equipment.
• Full-time availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a client base through PT Intro and paid sessions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals.
• Motivate clients to achieve results through goal setting and follow-up.
• Pursue ongoing training via NASM Club Connect courses.
• Engage with members to enhance their experience with enthusiasm and respect.
• Demonstrate safe exercise technique to members.
