American Family Fitness in Chester, VA is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to inspire, coach, and empower members toward their fitness goals. You’ll work in a fast-paced, member-focused facility, delivering personalized programs and conducting assessments.

This role offers a blended pay structure: a per-training-session rate of $27–$41 based on experience and client load, plus non-session hours paid at $12.77 per hour. Reports to the Fitness Director and supports club initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Personal Training certification or related education.
• AFF-recognized PT certification within 180 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Prior customer service or training experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a minimum of 10 billable sessions per week.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain personal training clients.
• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations.
• Create safe, effective, and personalized training programs.
• Track client progress and maintain documentation.
• Support club initiatives, meetings, and team goals.
• Demonstrate AFF’s mission, vision, and service standards.
• Follow all emergency and safety protocols.
• Input and manage your weekly work schedule in the club’s scheduling platform.
