Compensation is a blended pay structure: $27–$41 per training session (experience and certifications determine rate) plus $12.77 per hour for non-session work.

Qualifications

• Personal Training certification or related education.
• AFF-recognized PT certification within 180 days of hire
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire
• Prior customer service or training experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 10 billable sessions per week
• Recruit, onboard, and retain personal training clients
• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations
• Create safe, effective, and personalized training programs
• Track client progress and maintain documentation
• Support club initiatives, meetings, and team goals
• Demonstrate AFF’s mission, vision, and service standards
• Follow all emergency and safety protocols
• Input and manage your weekly work schedule in the club’s scheduling platform by established deadlines, maintaining full accountability for schedule accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to club staffing need
