Job Description Summary

Personal Trainers are responsible for developing and leading safe and effective Personal Training programs for clients. Personal Trainers attend all mandatory professional development opportunities each semester. This position reports directly to the Coordinator of Fitness & Wellness and indirectly to the Assistant Director of Fitness & Wellness. Personal Trainers are limited to 1000 hours each fiscal year.

• Leading safe and effective programming to meet client’s goals
• Customer service, developing relationships, communication, and cultivating a positive experience with patrons/clients
• Required weekly administrative tasks, staff meetings and professional development
