Job summary

Healthtrax is seeking a career Personal Trainer to partner with Fitness Leaders to develop and realize a business plan and expand knowledge to be best in the field. You will be cross-trained to support new member sales, service, and personal training clients as well as ensure the fitness floor remains sanitized and well maintained.

Responsibilities include conducting InBody 570 assessments, enrolling and renewing clients, creating personalized programs, and documenting progress in Club Ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Nationally recognized PT certifications (NSCA/ACSM/NASM/ACE CPR) must be maintained.
• Tactful, inspirational verbal and written communications; time management and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Club Ready software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and realize your business plan and expand knowledge to be best in field.
• Cross-train to support new member sales and service as well as personal training clientele.
• Maintain sanitization and upkeep of fitness floor and equipment.
• Provide Healthy Start and Safe Start appointments.
• Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate results (InBody 570).
• Enroll and renew clients and create personalized exercise programs with progression.
• Manage client files, schedules, reminders and progress in Club Ready.
• Identify special population needs and ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and share best practices.
