Job summary

Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness is seeking freelance personal trainers to expand their client books and advance within the company. The role emphasizes cross-training in sales, service desk, and fitness business needs, with a focus on building client relationships and delivering customized programs.

You will maintain certifications (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, CPR/AED) and participate in Healthtrax University workshops, with opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions, flexible scheduling, and a path

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and ongoing professional development in fitness.
• Maintains nationally recognized certifications: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED.
• Experience in service, sales and digital marketing gives you a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and realize quarterly business plans with Fitness Director.
• Cross-train in multi-operational support for client prospecting, sales, and service desk.
• Ensure the fitness floor, equipment and surfaces are sanitized and maintained.
• Provide Safe Start & Healthy Start appointments.
• Build and grow your personal book of business with clients.

Ability to advance through multiple Tier levels

Aptitude for professional development participating in Healthtrax University personal training workshops and your company subscription for online courses/CEU’s/discounts for Certification renewals to enhance your credentials
