What You'll Be Doing
- Provide personalized one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
- Design customized fitness programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and experience.
- Teach proper exercise technique and safe use of fitness equipment.

- Track client progress and adjust programs as goals evolve.

QualificationsRequirements
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent), or the ability to obtain certification within the timeframe established by the YMCA.
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification, or the ability to obtain certification through YMCA-provided training before employment.
- Completion of required YMCA training programs.
- Ability to maintain regular client sessions and build a consistent training schedule.
- Willingness to continue learning and growing within the fitness industry.
