Job summary

Blue Star Investments is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to drive fitness training and merchandise sales at our Anytime Fitness club in Jamestown, ND. You will conduct fitness consultations, deliver tailored workouts, and ensure a high level of member satisfaction.

The role supports community outreach, marketing campaigns, and ongoing member follow-up to help guests reach their goals. A flexible schedule and team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field preferred.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Self-starter and team player.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns as set forth by the Marketing Director.
• Post on club’s social media accounts to enhance engagement.
• Focus on member experience, including follow-up to members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations and goal setting.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1–15 members.
• Monitor and assist members for safe exercise form.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
