The trainer will ensure safety, develop individualized programs after doctor consent, track progress, and maintain certifications while collaborating with center staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• CPR and YMCA health/fitness credentials required.
• 3+ years of fitness experience covering cardio, flexibility, strength, endurance, nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise one-to-one training for members.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Develop individualized fitness programs after doctor's consent.
• Track progress and communicate results to members.
• Keep certifications up to date.
• Collaborate with Hale Family Fitness Center Director and staff.
• Maintain professional image and safe training techniques.
• Attend staff trainings and follow safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues and assist with cleaning.
• Complete timesheets daily and follow house rules.
