Qualifications

• Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, including developing individualized workout programs and teaching proper exercise form.
• Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support varied training styles and performance-focused sessions.
• Knowledge of Nutrition fundamentals to offer general guidance that complements fitness routines.
• Current certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM or NSCA and CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to motivate diverse clients, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and safety-focused environment.
• Prior experience in a fitness club or athletic setting is preferred; availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
