Qualifikationen

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certified.
• Strong understanding of functional movement and corrective exercise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Prior experience working with adult or general population clients preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver personalized and small-group training programs.
• Provide instruction on proper technique, form, and safety during all exercises.
• Track and evaluate client progress, adjusting programs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to motivate and educate them.
