Job summary

YMCA in Guthrie, Oklahoma is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to create personalized training programs and motivate members to reach their fitness goals.

You will conduct one-on-one and group sessions, ensure proper form and safety, educate on nutrition, track progress, and maintain a clean, welcoming training space.

Qualifications

• Must stay current in CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid, renewed annually.
• Must complete all required Redwoods Trainings within 30 days of hire and renewed annually.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School education or equivalent preferred.
• Must be an approved national Personal Trainer Instructor.
• Required to lift excessive weight (minimum of 50 pounds).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
