Qualifications

• Certification from NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments, body composition evaluations, and goal-setting sessions.
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to clients.
• Promote personal training services on the gym floor and drive new client acquisition.
• Ensure safe exercise technique with hands-on coaching and cueing.
• Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session scheduling.
• Uphold gym cleanliness, equipment safety, and welcoming member experience.
