Qualifications

• Must hold a current certified personal trainer credential from NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience in designing programs and coaching clients.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition basics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time.
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention.
• Promote and sell personal training packages to gym members.
• Maintain a motivating, safe, and positive training environment on the gym floor.
• Stay current with fitness trends, certifications, and best practices in personal training.
• Build and retain a strong client base through exceptional service and results.
