Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a personable Personal Trainer who delivers a results-driven experience, builds client relationships, and creates customized training programs under the guidance of the Personal Training Director.

You will drive client enrollment, retention, and revenue growth while maintaining certifications, logging sessions in Workday/ClubConnect, and supporting retail programs like dotFIT and PES/PE Science.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited personal training certification.
• CPR and AED certification current.
• Maintain credentials in ClubConnect and MindTickle.
• Entry-level with qualifying certification considered; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Personal Training sessions aligned with company standards.
• Create individualized training programs based on client goals and history.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust programming.
• Convert kickoff sessions into Fixed Recurring Personal Training agreements.
• Maintain client documentation and logs in required systems.
• Support and drive retail and supplementation programs.
