Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in Omaha, NE. You will design programs, assess clients, and help them reach goals in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. You will motivate clients, track progress, and promote personal training to gym members.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, body composition evaluations, and goal-setting sessions with new clients.
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to personal training clients.
• Actively engage gym floor members to promote personal training services and drive new client acquisition.
• Ensure safe and proper exercise technique through hands-on coaching and cueing.
• Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session scheduling.
• Uphold gym cleanliness, equipment safety, and a welcoming member experience.
