Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Acquisition: meet or exceed monthly targets; generate leads; conduct kickoff sessions; convert leads to paying clients.
• Client Service & Programming: create/update personalized training programs; educate on technique and recovery; monitor progress.
• Operations & Compliance: adhere to uniform policy; maintain clean, professional environment; stay updated on fitness trends and certifications; collaborate with staff.
