Qualifications

• Required certifications: CPR/AED in-person and CPT or related degree in exercise science or kinesiology.
• Proven ability to build and grow a client base through quality training and results.
• Sales-minded with ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and coaching safety.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and keep clients engaged.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and excellent service.
• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client’s goals.
• Build lasting client relationships and proactive outreach to support retention.
• Manage schedule and build a consistent session volume; conduct on-boarding and assessments.
• Track progress, adjust programs, and maximize client results.
