Qualifications

• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe, effective movement coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building to motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and build relationships.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and referrals.
• Design personalized fitness programs aligned with client goals.
• Foster client relationships and deliver exceptional service to keep clients motivated.
