Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Pleasanton, CA seeks a motivated Personal Trainer to deliver exceptional club experiences. You will guide members on the fitness floor, customize and deliver exercise programs, and promote a full menu of fitness services to help clients achieve their health goals.

The position offers a base hourly wage plus commissions on sessions, a 401(k) match, complimentary club membership, and flexible scheduling within a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of present industry and training trends.
• Advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Ability to drive revenue through the sales and service of personal training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage members and provide guidance and advice.
• Strong customer service, energetic and motivational demeanor.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• 4-Year Degree in Fitness preferred.
• Certifications from recognized bodies may include NSCA/ACE/etc.

Responsibilities

• Offer fitness advice on the floor and present services.
