Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a results-focused fitness professional to provide world-class customer service, offer expert fitness guidance, and drive program participation. You will assist on the fitness floor, present our full service menu, and tailor comprehensive exercise plans for members, prioritizing safety and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year training experience, CPR/First Aid, and a nationally recognized certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of training experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required prior to hire date.
• At least one nationally recognized certification from the listed bodies required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and fitness advice to members.
• Assist on the fitness floor and present the full menu of fitness services.
• Customize and deliver comprehensive exercise programs for improvements in health and fitness.
• Educate members on health and fitness with positive energy and professional guidance.
