VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is looking for Group Exercise Instructors in Pleasanton, CA to teach complimentary classes to members and guests. Instructors are responsible for delivering safe and engaging exercise classes while motivating members and representing the club professionally.

This part-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $20.74 to $32.00 per hour based on experience, along with 401(k) matching and a complimentary club membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience.
• Experience teaching multiple class formats is preferred.
• Experience with other organizations committed to great service and high quality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach complimentary group exercise classes to Villa Sport members and guests.
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging classes in line with Villa Sport’s guidelines.
• Motivate members and support their fitness goals.

Skills

Excellent teaching skills

Ability to perform frequent physical activities

Education

High school or college degree preferred or equivalent experience

Current certification as a Group Exercise Instructor

First Aid/CPR certification
