Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification obtained within 60 days (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or other approved program)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days
• No degree needed; training provided by employer
• Ability to connect with and motivate clients while delivering excellent service

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions, greet clients, review goals and today’s plan
• Assist clients with technique and progression while ensuring safety
• Motivate clients and educate on nutrition and fitness for goal attainment
• Log sessions and customize programming for each client’s needs
• Maintain organized client files for upcoming appointments
