Gold’s Gym Tennessee is seeking passionate fitness professionals to join our team as trainers. You’ll greet clients, review goals, and tailor workouts to help members achieve progress in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification obtained within 60 days (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or other approved program).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days.
• No degree required; we provide training.
• We’re looking for individuals who can connect/communicate with and motivate others while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the front and review goals, progress, and today’s workout.
• Assist client with ongoing training and adjust technique for safety and effectiveness.
• Motivate and educate clients on nutrition and fitness to achieve goals.
• Log completed training sessions and tailor programming for next sessions.
• Maintain client files for preparedness in subsequent appointments.
