Workout Anytime in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality coaching and help members achieve measurable fitness results. You will design individualized programs, track progress, and provide exceptional member service to promote retention.

In addition to coaching, you will support department growth through consultations, Success Sessions, and personal training sales while maintaining a safe, professional training environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
• Ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, one-on-one personal training sessions.
