Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to design and deliver customized fitness programs, lead training sessions, and provide expert coaching that helps members reach their goals. You will conduct Kickoff consultations, track progress, and introduce members to available tools and programs while maintaining a clean, well-run facility and contributing to club success.

Qualifikationen

• National personal training certification from Crunch approved certification body.
• CPR/AED certification required or can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Experience as a personal trainer preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff with members including goal setting, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment and form and technique consultations.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals and milestones, including tracking progress and follow-up.
• Inform members of all fitness tools and programs available to assist in achieving goals.
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients and all members of the facility.
• Assist in member service activities, such as fitness seminars, group workouts and client campaigns.
• Design comprehensive fitness programs using company-provided tools (i.e., dotFIT).
• Schedule all personal training sessions, appointments, and administration time using company systems.
• Execute on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Personal Trainer Business Plan.
• Meet minimum company expectations, including session targets, PT revenue, and supplement sales.
