Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion LLC is seeking a Personal Trainer to educate members on comprehensive fitness programs and customize workout plans. You will service sessions, deliver expert fitness experiences, and help members achieve their goals.

The role requires motivating clients, delivering personalized programs, and maintaining a safe environment. Strong certification credentials and scheduling flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate others, provide elevated level of support to clients and members.
• Experience as a personal trainer preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• National personal training certification from Crunch approved certification body.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff with members including goal setting, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and form consultations.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals and milestones, with progress tracking and follow-up.
• Inform members of all fitness tools and programs available to achieve goals.
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients and all members of the facility.
• Schedule all personal training sessions and admin time using company systems.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly Personal Trainer Business Plan targets.
