About the Job

1. Work with the Fitness Leader to develop and implement your business plan and expand your expertise.
2. Be cross-trained to support new member sales, service, and personal training clients.
3. Maintain the fitness floor, equipment, and surfaces, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
4. Provide Healthy Start and Safe Start appointments.
5. Conduct fitness assessments using equipment like the InBody 570 and evaluate results.
6. Create personalized exercise programs with progressive goals for clients.
7. Manage client files, schedules, and exercise progress documentation using Club Ready software.
8. Identify and address the needs of special populations.
9. Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
10. Participate actively in weekly team meetings and share best practices.
11. Provide detailed feedback to the Fitness Director to enhance client and employee experiences.
12. Contribute to marketing strategies to increase personal training services and client retention.
13. Adhere to company standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
14. Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
