Position Overview

The UFC is hiring experienced Certified Personal Trainers with high energy and top-tier talent for our fitness facility at Park City Mall, Lancaster. Provide your availability and area of expertise; clients may be assigned for personal training sessions based on your skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Promote and conduct private training sessions with members.
2. Assess fitness levels, set goals, and design tailored fitness programs.
3. Perform prospecting activities such as Starter Sessions and Gym/Fitness Orientations.
4. Focus on changing lives by empowering clients to reach their potential.
5. Represent the UFC Gym brand and its “Train Different” philosophy.
6. Conduct safe, effective private training sessions.
7. Respond professionally to inquiries from guests, members, and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to demonstrate exercises.
• Ability to operate all fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and company policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Certifications & Education

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification.
• CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
• High school diploma or GED.

Experience

• At least 1 year of personal training experience.
