• Work with Fitness Leaders to develop and implement your business plan and expand your skills to be the best in the field
• Interest in being cross-trained to support new member sales, service, and personal training clients — earning membership sales commissions and working 10 hours as part of the membership team
• Ensure the fitness floor, equipment, and surfaces are sanitized, cleaned, in working order, and well maintained
• Provide Healthy Start and Safe Start appointments — your opportunity to build your client base
• Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their results (using InBody 570 analysis equipment)
• Enroll and renew clients, creating personalized exercise programs with achievable progressions
• Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document exercise progress in Club Ready software
• Identify the needs of special populations
• Respect client confidentiality
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and best practice sharing
• Provide timely, detailed feedback to the Fitness Director to improve client and employee experiences
• Contribute to marketing strategies to increase personal training services, attraction, and retention
• Adhere to company standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Demonstrate a desire for continuous learning, research, and professional growth

• Your current, valid PT certifications from nationally recognized organizations such as NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, along with CPR/AED, must be maintained

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Club Ready software is a plus
• Proven success in acquiring and retaining clients; at least 3 years of experience as a CPT
