Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certified required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on proper use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and customer service to members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Stays current on credentials and evolving industry trends.
