Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor’s degree in the field.
• CPR/AED certification (or opportunities available).
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and technology proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule and client appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Deliver fitness assessments, guided workouts, and complementary services.
• Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe, organized fitness floor during shifts.
