Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in-person weekdays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, including appointments and availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
• Execute fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during shifts.
