Equinox is seeking a Personal Trainer at our Boston clubs to build client bases, deliver assessments and tailored training programs, and promote membership services. You will work under experienced managers to develop programming, education, business, and financial planning for a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
• Strong verbal and written communication; time management and organization.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, including appointments, meetings, and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
