Job summary

Arch Amenities Group in Chicago, IL is hiring a Personal Trainer to work one-on-one or in small groups, designing customized fitness programs tailored to individual goals. You will guide, motivate, and monitor clients’ performance, ensuring safe and effective workouts.

You’ll deliver personalized sessions, promote facility programs, maintain current knowledge of fitness trends, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting team initiatives.

Qualifications

• College degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• Current nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA or similar).
• CPR/First Aid and safety certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal training sales goals set by facility manager.
• Deliver personalized training sessions aligned with client goals.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and proper exercise technique.
• Promote facility programs and refer clients to additional services.
• Stay informed on the facility calendar and promotions.
• Keep up-to-date with fitness trends and best practices.
• Participate in events, member engagement, and staff meetings.
• Provide outstanding customer service and solicit feedback.
• Enforce access policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with Group Exercise classes as needed.
