YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to build positive relationships with members, deliver personalized training programs, and guide participants toward their health and wellness goals while maintaining proper boundaries of certification. The Personal Trainer is responsible for building positive relationships among members, participants, volunteers, and staff by actively greeting and providing excellent customer service, guidance, and leadership. The Trainer creates and delivers Personal Training programming based on participant’s goals and abilities while maintaining boundaries of certification. The Personal Trainer will instruct participants on correct position and body alignment to prevent injuries.
