Qualifications

• Must possess a current personal training certification.
• Knowledge of basic and advanced exercise principles.
• Interest in health and fitness; pursuing a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or related field preferred.
• Complete all new hire certifications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personal training sessions and fitness assessments with members.
• Communicate with current and potential clients promptly.
• Ensure proper exercise techniques and safety.
• Report equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Promote healthy lifestyle and participate in events.
• Assist in orientation and training sessions as needed.
