Job summary

Isleworth Golf & Country Club seeks a motivated Personal Trainer on a 1099 contract to join our Fitness & Spa team. The ideal candidate will deliver private one-on-one sessions, create personalized programs, and provide an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities include designing safe workouts, assessing clients, tracking progress, and collaborating with the Fitness Director to uphold Isleworth standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Personal Training certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent
• CPR/AED certification required
• Experience working with a variety of fitness levels and populations
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, movement mechanics, and program design
• Professional, punctual, dependable, and client-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for Isleworth Members
