• Current Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized program.
• Experience teaching private Pilates Reformer sessions preferred.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience working with a variety of fitness levels and populations.
• Strong knowledge of movement mechanics, anatomy, and exercise modifications.
• Professional, punctual, dependable, and client-focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for Isleworth Members.

Responsibilities

• Lead private Pilates Reformer sessions tailored to individual client goals and abilities.
• Design safe, effective, and engaging Pilates programs for a variety of fitness levels.
• Conduct client assessments and monitor progress.
• Educate clients on proper form, alignment, breathing, and movement mechanics.
• Provide modifications and progressions as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Pilates environment.
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage long-term client retention.
• Provide a professional, personalized, and exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director to uphold Isleworth's standards and culture.

This position is ideal for a Pilates trainer who is passionate about movement, client education, and providing a personalized, high-quality Pilates experience.
