Job summary

Brighter Heights Maine is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Specialist to provide direct home health care services to adults in their own homes across Maine. • Prior caregiving experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to use for this role.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Following Plan of Care which may include personal care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, and other services.
• Meets safety needs of patients/clients and uses equipment safely and properly.
• Observes and reports changes in the condition and needs of the client to the supervisor.
• Maintains and submits documents as required by agency policy and regulatory requirements.
