Job summary

Brighter Heights Maine is seeking caring, compassionate Personal Support Specialists to join our in-home care team serving adults across Maine. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Candidates should have caregiving experience, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. We offer flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, orientation and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Follow Plan of Care which may include personal care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility and other services

We provide services for adults throughout the state, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity in a setting where they are most comfortable- their own homes. People caring for their own family members in many areas of Maine may be paid for their caregiving! Rate range is from $16.50-$18.00/hr.

Overview:

Provides direct care home health services to meet the client's personal needs, promote the client’s comfort, and create a safe and clean environment.
