Qualifications

• Comfortable selling across departments and price points with strong styling and wardrobe knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a personal business through appointments and networking.
• Excellent communication skills and goal-driven energy to meet sales targets.
• Enthusiasm for digital engagement and using social media and tech tools to connect with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours; lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers with confident, honest styling feedback to complete their wardrobe.
• Engage customers in-store and via digital tools to share curated looks and set appointments.
• Drive sales through outreach, appointment-setting, and follow up after purchases.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the selling space clean, organized, and customer ready.
• Sell across departments to expand customer exposure to new styles and categories.
