Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling position.
• Keen sense of fashion and ability to coordinate items and suggestive selling.
• Experience with diverse lifestyles and social media platforms.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups of customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals with personalized in-store and online experiences.
• Drive customer acquisition via networking, social media and events.
• Partner with store teams, vendors and community to host events.
• Use tools to increase annual spend and invite appointments.
• Make data-driven decisions to grow local market share.
• Regularly report performance and actions to the Store Manager.
• Handle daily tasks including emails, bookings, follow-ups and content.
• Attend vendor trainings and support peers in skill development.
