Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high‑touch selling position.
• Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sale goals by providing a personalized and elevated shopping experience in-store and online.
• Drive customer acquisition through networking, social media, and online/offline traffic.
• Partner with store team, vendors and community partners to host events.
• Use selling tools to increase annual spend and invite customers to appointments.
• Make data-driven decisions to grow the local market and customer base.
• Meet with Store Manager regularly to review performance and goals.
• Complete daily tasks including emails, appointment upkeep, and follow-up.
• Attend vendor trainings and development workshops.
