You will expand your client base by building relationships with customers, vendor partners, store leadership, and the local community. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial selling, event hosting, and leveraging technology to attract new clients while maintaining client relationships and a strong social media presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling position.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling and networking.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and building an online presence.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sale goals by providing personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and online.
• Drive customer acquisition through networking, leverage social media to attract traffic, and create a compelling online presence.
• Partner with store team, vendors and community partners to host virtual and in-store events to deliver incremental sales.
• Use selling tools to increase annual spend and repeat visits; invite customers to virtual or in-person appointments.
