Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling position.
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sale goals with personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and online.
• Drive customer acquisition through networking, social media, and a strong online presence.
• Partner with store team, vendors and community partners to host events to deliver incremental sales.
• Promote goods and looks relevant to your customer and invite appointments.
• Meet with the Store Manager regularly to review performance and actions.
