Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high‑touch selling position.
• Keen sense of fashion and ability to coordinate items.
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Familiarity with social media and building client relationships.
• Strong customer service mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sale goals by providing a personalized and elevated shopping experience in‑store and online.
• Drive customer acquisition through networking, social media, and online presence.
• Partner with store team, vendors and community to host events for incremental sales.
• Leverage selling tools to increase annual spend and repeat client visits.
• Invite customers to virtual and/or in‑person appointments; promote looks and products.
• Make data‑driven decisions to understand local market and customer base.
• Meet with Store Manager regularly to review performance and actions.
• Complete daily tasks including emails, appointment upkeep, and customer follow‑ups.
• Attend vendor trainings and development workshops as assigned.
• Share knowledge and support peers in growing skills.
• Participate in store leadership meetings and visits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment per company standards.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and authentic connections.
