KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador at Store 3118-Heritage at Millennium Park, Chicago, IL. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling, and keep the floor presentable to impress shoppers.

Collaborating with the team, you will drive brand loyalty through service, use tools for seamless omnichannel experiences, and support store goals with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
