Clienteling Metrics: Track essential KPIs including client retention, new acquisition, and lapsed client reactivation, organizing the data into actionable outreach lists. Cross-Functional Liaison & Brand Alignment Cross-Functional Partner: Serve as the primary point of contact between the stylist's business and store leadership, merchant teams, and corporate functions to secure proactive inventory and client support. Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitive luxury client trends, current brand assortments, and seasonal shifts to support agile, proactive planning.
